Our own thoughts and beliefs about yourselves, your abilities and our future are what holds us back from success or achieving most of the time.  Our own self-limiting beliefs are what places a glass ceiling on what we can achieve.  Most times we do not deal with criticism well or even compliments because it goes against our self-belief and self-worth.  This yardstick we use to measure yourselves will not allow us to listen or believe anything said that counters that barometer.

Here are ten affirmation to recite to yourself everyday to help balance your well-being.

  1. I am living my truth

One of the bravest things you can do is to live your life as you see fit.  To be authentic to your goals, dreams and ambitions.  You do not have to force yourself into boxes that others have created for you.  That is not authentic living.  Take charge of your own life and destiny.

  1. I live surrounded by an abundance

An important point to realize is that there is no perfect situation or time for something to happen.  Your abundance is around you every day.  We constantly scupper our own attempts at achieving by placing constrictions and conditions to our actions. “When I have money.”  “When I lose weight.” Now is always the perfect time and you do have the resources to achieve your goal.  All you need is a bit of motivation and creativity to work with what you have.

  1. I am sufficient

We curtail most of our attempts at achieving and success because we feel inadequate.  It is only ourselves that hold us back, and you need to change that mindset to move forward.  By affirming that you are enough and just as good as anyone else will go a long way to stop you from entering a cocoon of self-doubt.

You need to make a conscious decision to be the best you and to treat yourself well.  For most people happiness eludes them because they have no self-belief and are not kind to themselves.

Many people waste their lives looking for something that is right in front of them or within them.  You are equipped with everything you need to be the best you.  Find your best spirit by getting rid of negative thoughts.

Dreams do not just become real magically, you need to put in the work.  Do not wait for others, or circumstances to get better, do it now and do it well.  You alone can choose the outcome of your destiny by doing what needs to be done to achieve your goals.

Setbacks are little speed bumps on the road to success.  Do not allow the setback to stop your momentum.  Rise to the challenge and allow your setbacks to be steps to realize your full potential.

Use your visions to see yourself already living the life you want.  Believe that you are already own it and live it.

Fill your life with meaning and purpose.  Trust that you already know how your life is going to be.  Trust that your life is much bigger then your current circumstance.  The universe will provide according to your positive vibrations.
