We often hear news stories about celebrities who get arrested. They get arrested for all sorts of crimes, which include theft, drunk driving and many other petty crimes. A considerable amount of reality television stars also fall into this category.
Here is a list of few reality TV stars who got arrested in the past.
- Teresa Giudice
Teresa Giudice is currently spending her time at prison because she got involved in a bankruptcy fraud related case back in 2014. Once she completes her serving time in prison, her husband will have to go behind the bars for a period of 41 months.
- Khloé Kardashian
Khloé Kardashian is a sister of Kim Kardashian and she has also been a reality television star. She had to go behind the bars for a couple of hours back in 2007. In fact, she got arrested for drunk driving. On the following year, she violated her parole, but she was not sent to the prison because it was overcrowded.
- Kim Richards
Kim Richards became popular for her performance in the reality television show, The Real Housewives Beverly Hills. She got arrested for a rampage fueled by alcohol. This incident took place at the Beverly Hills hotel. Since she refused to leave the restroom after acting out, police had to arrive at the scene and arrest her.
- Nicole Richie
Nicole Richie became popular from the reality television show The Simple Life, along with Paris Hilton. Unfortunately, this relationship ended up with legal issues. She used to drive under the influence of alcohol during this time period. As a result, Nicole Richie had to go behind the bars. At the time Nicole Richie got arrested, she was 5 months pregnant.

Jenelle Evans is a reality television show who became popular along with Teen Mom. She got arrested several times within the past 5 years. The first time that Jenelle Evans got arrested was in 2011, where she violated her parole and became positive for the usage of drugs. Due to cyber stalking and domestic violence, she had to go behind the bars for two different times during 2012. Recently, she had to spend her time inside prison for one hour because she got caught for driving with a suspended license.

Jason Wahler appeared in two different reality television shows, including The Hills and Laguna Beach. He got arrested for three times during the past. During these three scenarios, he got arrested for different reasons, which include underage drinking, assault and punching one of the city workers.
- Bobby Brown
Bobby Brown became popular with Being Bobby Brown, but the show could not drag beyond one season. That’s because Bobby Brown got arrested for the possession of drugs. The entire reality television show was centered on him and his imprisonment for 56 days left the producers with no other option to consider.
